Ensure all contamination is removed from power steering system to avoid further damage to power steering system components. Renew power steering fluid reservoir. Confirm fault has been rectified. If fault still present: Check power steering pump pressure using diagnostic equipment. Replace power steering pump if necessary. Confirm fault has been rectified. If fault still present: Fit new power steering rack.
