Unsatisfactory design of crankshaft pulley.

Workshop procedure
- Fit new crankshaft front oil seal. Use special tool: JLR-303-1628 .
- Fit modified crankshaft pulley.
- Fit new crankshaft pulley bolts. Tightening torque: 37 Nm + 90 °. Use special tools: JLR-303-1630 & JLR-303-1686 .
- Fit new auxiliary drive belt.
