- Fit modified crankshaft pulley.
- Fit new crankshaft pulley bolts. Tightening torque: 37 Nm + 90 °. Use special tools: JLR-303-1630 & JLR-303-1686 .
- Fit new auxiliary drive belt.

- DO NOT move vehicle for 6 hours to allow adhesive to cure.
- Repeat procedure for opposite side, if necessary.

Modify wheel arch lining by cutting off area indicated Fig.1266488.3 . Fit wheel arch lining using new retaining nuts Fig.1266488.1 . Ensure wheel arch lining is pushed up as far as possible. Caution: All models with active height control suspension. Ensure suspension ride height sensor securing clip positioned in correct hole . Repeat procedure for opposite side.

- Top up transmission oil as required.
