  1. Slacken stabilizer bar retaining bolts Fig.1267096.1 .
  2. Using a suitable tool Fig.1267096.2 , increase clearance between windscreen wiper mechanism mounting bracket and bulkhead.
  3. Tighten stabilizer bar retaining bolts Fig.1267096.1 to correct torque setting. Tightening torque: 55 Nm.
